Are firearm sales final?

Firearm sales are final after the transfer is completed. Inspect the firearm before completing the transfer paperwork.

If the firearm is damaged, incorrect, or otherwise unacceptable, do not complete the transfer or take possession. Contact ISFA-4 Defense Supply Company immediately.

Which products are generally final sale?

The following products are generally not eligible for return:

• Firearms

• Ammunition

• Optics

• Transferred serialized items

• Special-order items

• Clearance items

• Anything specifically identified as final sale

Exceptions apply when required by law or when ISFA-4 Defense Supply Company ships the wrong item.

How do eligible returns work?

Eligible merchandise must be:

• Unopened and unused

• In its original condition

• In its original packaging

• Returned within seven calendar days after delivery

Can I change an order after placing it?
